In 2014 it was determined by the board that additional dredging would be necessary to remove several high spots which had formed unexpectedly in the channel.

Dredging Contractor Dissen & Juhn from Stevensonville MD was hired at the previous contract rates and completed dredging by the end of 2014.

Post dredging survey was conducted spring 2015
